He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Mattison and Harriet Mattison (Erickson); his wife Twila M. Sell; his brothers, Arlo, Obert, Kenneth and Robert Mattison; and his sister-in-law LeeAnn Mattison.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Prins (Doug) of Redwood Falls, Gaylen Mattison (Diane) of Lamberton, Paula Meidl (John) of Lakeville and Gary Mattison (Penny) of Lamberton; his grandchildren, Alecia Young (Christopher), Megan Olsem (Ben), Gavin Mattison (Morganne), Joshua Meidl, Jessica O'Connor (Kevin) and Josiah Meidl; his great grandchildren, Isabelle Young, Aidan Young, Emma Olsem, Raelynn Mattison, Macy Mattison and Luca Mattison; his sister Arlette Raveling (Gene); and his sister-in-law Shirley Mattison.
