She was predeceased by: her parents, Leif Hauan and Clara Hauan (Harnack); her husband Donald "Donnie" Saffert of Raphael's Catholic Church; and her siblings, Robert Hauan and Elizabeth Miller (Betty).
She is survived by: her children, Michelle Wilson (John), Lana Domeier (Dan), Connie Clausen (Shawn) and Curt Saffert (Betsy); and also Circle of Care. She is also survived by grandchildren; great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sturm Funeral Home, Springfield Chapel (407 N Jackson Ave, Springfield, MN 56087). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Evelyn's family would prefer memorials be given to St. John's Circle of Care Foundation.
