It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Hyland of Spring Valley, Minnesota, who passed away on February 22, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Douglas and Helen Douglas (Bateman); her husband Lester Hyland; her son Rick Hyland; and her sister Charlotte Briggs.
She is survived by: her children, Ron Hyland (Renee Jertson) of Waseca, MN, Rob Hyland (Holly Peck) of Laguna Vista, TX and Rebecca Munns (Tom) of Owatonna, MN; her daughter-in-law Janine Hyland of Stewartville, MN; her grandchildren, Krista Hyland, Travis Hyland, Trenton Hyland, Ben Hyland, Kameron Hyland, Kasi Tompkins, Tali Hyland, Andrew Munns and Abby Munns; and her brother Howard "Butch" Douglas (Judy) of Spring Valley, MN. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren.
