He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Verna Guy Skare; his wife Carol Affeldt of Spring Valley; his children, Lisa Johnson (Martin) of Sioux Falls, SD and David Skare (Debra) of Spring Valley, MN; his grandchildren, Nathan Skare, Nicole Doohen (Cody), Sarah Deutsch (Jon-Eric) and Heather Johnson; his great grandchildren, Kaden, Cody, Blake and Zoey; his half-brother Robert Lillie (Deborah) of Williams, AZ.; his son Allan; his stepfather Lloyd Lillie; his parent Verna Lillie; and his brother Gerald Skare.
