He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Kazuko Taira; his siblings, Joann Hamlin (Gary), Jan Bly (Allen) and Larry Leutink (Dorinda); his daughters, Rika Essig (Jeff Vehrenkamp), Naomi Frasche (James) and Missy Hanson (Steve); his parents, Leonard Sr. Leutink and Helen Leutink; and his daughter Lynnette Blanco. He was also cherished by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations be given to Spring Valley Living at 800 Memorial Drive in Spring Valley, MN 55975.
