He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Long and Leota Long (Bacon); his wife Judith Long (Rathbun); and his daughter Karen Bennerotte. He is survived by: his daughters, Peggy Mensing (Mike) of Rochester and Debbie West (Darnell Williams) of Rochester; his grandchildren, Mike Lecy (Michelle), Micky Mincks (Tony), Miranda (Logan Frye), Brandon VandeWeerd, Josh VandeWeerd and Caitlin Provost (Ben); and his great grandchildren, Brooke, Isabelle, Dakarai, Amari Lecy, Greyson, Asher Mincks, Aleigha, Vivian Frye, Nova and Lily Provost. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
