He is survived by: his wife Roberta Jean of Spring Valley; his stepdaughter Tracy Jo Jenkins (Donald) of Columbus, OH; his stepgranddaughters, Caitlyn and Melanie Jenkins of Columbus, OH; and his sister Vicki Tate of Spring Valley. He is also survived by 1 nephew, and 2 nieces.
