He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Barnhart and Louise Barnhart (Price); his wife Jean; his brother David; and his granddaughter Lisa Seavert.
He is survived by: his children, Kathryn Calligure (Fred) of Sauk Rapids, MN, Karen Seavert (Richard) of Redwood Falls, MN and Kevin Barnhart (Brook) of Luverne, MN; his grandchildren, Gregory Calligure, Gina Anderson (Jacob), Brian Barnhart and Amanda Barnhart; his great grandchildren, Oliver, Ari, Gabriel, Sofia Anderson and Andrew Calligure; and his sisters, Mary Styer, Vivian Miller (Robert) and Doris Rhode (Tom).
