He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Bartsch and Ramona "Mona" Bartsch (Maier); his brothers, Douglas Bartsch (Ruth) and James Bartsch; and his nephew Kevin Bartsch.
He is survived by: his wife Janice (Rowe) of Spring Valley, Minnesota.; his sister-in-law Margaret Bartsch of Preston; and his cousins, Jan and Greg Bartsch of Geneva, Minnesota.. He is also survived by in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery (715 US-52, Preston, MN 55965). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at 401 Kansas St NW, Preston, MN 55965.
