With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Hafner of Spring Valley, Minnesota, who passed away on July 26, 2020 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dorothy Hafner to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ptacek and Emma Ptacek (Valvoda); her husband Floyd Hafner; and her siblings, Betty, Ed, Art, Don, Joe and Francis.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Kirwin of Rochester, MN, Mark Kirwin (Dawn) of Hackensack, MN, Stephen Hafner (Diane) of Spring Valley and Annette Meyer (Steve) of Spring Valley; and her brother Jim Ptacek (Sandy) of Rochester, MN. She is also survived by many grandchildren and many great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19, social distancing will be followed and masks must be worn.
Family requests that memorials be made to St. Ignatius, Etna Cemetery, or Spring Valley Senior Living.
