Cheryl Bornholdt Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl Bornholdt (Spring Valley, Minnesota), who passed away on April 12, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Erwin Rathbun and Irene Rathbun (Winters); her daughters, Angella Bornholdt and Christine Schlee; her siblings, Erwin Rathbun Jr., William Rathbun, Gloria Reed, Pauline Kinnear and Judy Long; her parents-in-law, Russell and Caryle Bornholdt; and her nephew Brad McNiff.
She is survived by: her husband Ron Bornholdt of Spring Valley; her daughter Hope Himli of Spring Valley; her stepsons, Dennis Bornholdt of Spring Valley, Todd Bornholdt (Lisa) of Spring Grove, MN, Darren Bornholdt (Tricha Dahlke) of Spring Valley and Lloyd Bornholdt of Spring Valley; her sister Marcy McNiff; and her brothers-in-law, Wayne Reed and Kenny Long. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private family burial will be held on Friday, April 17 at Spring Valley Cemetery with Pastor Herman Bakker officiating.
