She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Uhlenberg Gruse and Lawrence Gruse; her husband Doug; her sister Joyce; her brothers-in-law, Don Spehn, James Nelson and James Peterson; and her nephew Kurt Nelson.
She is survived by: her daughter Ashley (Eric White) of Topanga, CA; and her sisters, Janice Spehn and Gail Nelson of Sauk Centre. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.
