With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Helen Joanne Pahl (Spring Park, Minnesota), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 27, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Zauche and Carl A. Zauche. She is survived by: her brother Carl L. Zauche; her former husband Don Baker; her husband Loren Pahl; her children, Phil Baker of Fort Mill, Steve Baker of Excelsior and Susan Conyers (Larry) of Atlanta; her grandchildren, Faylyn Yarger (Nate), Jesse Conyers (Jonathan), Jake Conyers, Werner Baker and Nathan Baker; and her great grandchildren, Paxton Yarger, Stella Hill and Jesse Hill. She is also survived by 3 nephews, 1 niece.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lake Minnetonka Shores (4559 Shoreline Dr, Spring Park, MN 55384).
As the years progressed, Helen was able to live on her own until September 2024 when Alzheimer's disease necessitated the move to memory care.
