She was predeceased by: her husband Jack; her son Joey; her parents, John Belka and Josephine Belka; and her brother Clement Burns.
She is survived by: her children, Bobbie Jo, Lee (Sandi), Tom (Sara), Rick (Marlene), Jim (Lori), Linda (Craig) and Terry Eastman (Mike). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
