He is survived by: his wife Alice; his children, Ron (Rhonda), Ken (Anita Root), Wayne (Mary) and Michelle Moon (Lance); his grandchildren, Stephanie (Eric), Elizabeth, Taylor, Megan (Murat), Madison and Graham; and his siblings, Martin, Leo, Pete and Martha Kujawa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
