He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Ted Setterlund (Heidi) and Tracy Opp (Rick); his grandchildren, Sam, Hunter, Charley and Frankie; and his brothers, Larry (Linda) and Steve (Linda). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
