She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Zack; her parents, William Dedeluk and Pearl Dedeluk; her brother Billy; her granddaughter Mary Elizabeth; and her great grandchild Gianna.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Zack, Sandy Perkerwicz (Gary) and Barb Ficocello (Arnie); her grandchildren, Jena Kolles (Shawn), Nikole Wodash (Brad), Anne Rocha (Sam), Brent Ficocello (Jessica), Paul Perkerwicz and Ken Perkerwicz; her great grandchildren, Jacinta, Amara, John Paul and Gracie Kolles; and her grandchildren, Tomas, Gabe, Sofia Rocha, Leo, Hudson Wodash, Jarrid and Sophia Ficocello.
