He is survived by: his sister Patty Hough (Merle); his wife Carol Dianne (Asborno); his son Jesse David Quam (Grace); his grandchildren, Elsa Jane, David and Samuel; his great grandchild Sarah Louise Peterson (Dean); his daughter Lydia Meyer (Jess); his grandchildren, Grant and Jillian; and also, Ellie, Zoey, Abby, Naomi Barringer (Jim), Josiah (Bethel), Jesse, Jacob and Joy.
