He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Olson and Edna Olson (Opsahl); his siblings, Jarla Johnson, Gloria Olson and Dwayne Olson; and his son-in-law Joey Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Mona Olson; his children, Brenda Johnson (Dave Nordick), Jeffery, Patty Olson and Tammy Saukko; his adoptive son Aidan Olson; his foster son Jesse Haugen; and his grandchildren, Kendall Hansen (Taylor), Kyle Diggins, Tiffany Haley (Tom), Travis Olson, Dustin Saukko (Jamie), Ashley Saukko and Taylor Saukko (Marrisa).
