She was predeceased by: her parents, Mervin Olafson and Adella Olafson (Erickson); her husband Dennis Erickson; her brother Mervin Jr. "Skip" Olafson; and her daughters-in-law, Bethany Carol "Cookie" and Debbie Erickson.

She is survived by: her children, Gerald Erickson (Erica) of Sanford, Dawn Erickson of Spring Grove, Scott Erickson of Rushford and Tammy Braaksma (Brandon) of Monona. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
