He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Norgard and Amanda Norgard (Mathias); and his siblings, Donald, Garey, Marilyn and Ione.

He is survived by: his sister-in-law Carolynn Norgard. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
