She was predeceased by: her parents, Odin Moen and Viola Moen (Miner); her brother Vernon Moen; her husbands, Dean Housker and Glenn Otterness; and her siblings, Chester, Thomas, Thelma, Stanley, Virginia and Donna.
She is survived by: her children, Kristin Black (Joel) of Ward, S. Carolina, Joyce Arneson (Larry) of Spring Valley, MN, Brenda Exe (Pete) of Byron, MN, Allan (Monica) of Mabel, Steven of Osage City and John (Julie) of Spring Grove; and her sister Patricia Tweito. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
