She was predeceased by: her parents, Maxfield Lewis and Frances Lewis (Reeves); her husband Philip "Jim" Quale; her brother Henry; and her daughter-in-law Marcia.
She is survived by: her sons, Bruce (Ann), Dan and Dave (Becky). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Memorials are preferred to Hope Presbyterian Church in Spicer.
