She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Joseph and Eva Belle Bernardy (Rittenour); her husband Carl; her siblings, Susan Hammerschmidt, Rose Zieske, Loretta Miller, Joan Frank, Vincent (Mildred), Bernard, Victor (Kathleen), Clarence, Alfred, Jerome, Henry (Mary) and Luverne "Bean"; and her sister-in-law Rita.
She is survived by: her siblings, Florence Szczesniak and David Bernardy of Tucson, AZ; and her sisters-in-law, Norie Bernardy of Redwood Falls and Delores Leonard of Belview. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.
