It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Quinn (Spicer, Minnesota), born in Minot, North Dakota, who passed away on April 18, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Adkins and LaDonna Adkins (Bollum); and her siblings, Marsha Adkins, Dennis and Richard Adkins.
She is survived by: her husband Kevin Quinn of Spicer; her children, Cara Quinn (Stefano Follega) of Minneapolis, MN, Mick Quinn (Chloe) of Willmar, MN and Ryan Quinn of New York, NY; her grandchildren, Sean, Luca Follega, Avery, Hannah, Sophia and Tommy Quinn; and her brother David Adkins of Sioux Falls, SD. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
