He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar B. Augustson and Phyllis Augustson (Lundquist); his daughter Kärin; his siblings, John and Jennifer; his niece Annie Augustson; and his brother-in-law Ron Kodet.
He is survived by: his children, Kyle of Willmar, Keith of Spicer and Sundays; his wife Nancy Swenson; his granddaughter Madilynne of Willmar; and his sisters, Judy Heath (Don) of New London, Joan Kodet of Willmar and Jane Hedin (Paul) of New London. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
Memorials are preferred to Bethel Lutheran Church.
