He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Bultman and Esther Bultman (Beckman); his siblings, Dianne Greenfield and Roger; and his sons, Brent and Jon.
He is survived by: his wife Loni of Spicer; his daughter Dayna; his children-in-law, Mike Dunteman of Tacoma and Jody Bultman of Santee, S. C.; his grandchildren, Jack, Alexi (Carter) and Keller; his sister Julie Schafer (Al); and his brother-in-law Dean Greenfield. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Doug served in leadership positions for the Southwest Initiative Foundation and was instrumental in the founding of the Redwood Area Development Corporation.
