It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dean Madsen (Spicer, Minnesota), born in Hayward, California, who passed away on September 16, 2021, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Arvid Madsen; and his uncle Gary Madsen. He is survived by: his mother Vicki Madsen (Hoy) of Willmar; his wife Karen; his daughter Sonja Madsen; his sisters, Dana Fernelius (Richard) of Little Falls and Cori Madsen of Negaunee, MI; and his stepfather Richard Madsen (Julie) of Willits, CA. He is also survived by relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to The Barn Theater in Willmar, The Little Theater in New London, Heart and Sole Running Club / Kandiyohi County YMCA, or the ALS Association are preferred.
