She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Bethke and Evelyn Bethke (Degree); her husband Tom Bonde; and her brothers, Jon and Brice.

She is survived by: her children, Paul Bonde (Rebekah) of Leawood and Ann Wheaton (Michael) of Mankato; and her granddaughters, Andrea, Mara and Michaela Wheaton. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to Faith Lutheran Church, Rice Hospice, or Rice Health Foundation are preferred.
