He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Schmandt and Eleanor Schmandt; his sister Jane Borries; and his brother-in-law Lenny Seliga. He is survived by: his sisters, Judy Seliga and Teresa Schmandt; his brother-in-law Steve Borries; and his nieces and nephews, Jackie Steffenhagen (Matt), Pam LeVesseur (Wally), Dan Seliga (Michelle), Jenny Loch (Erich), Andrea, Michelle, Jeff Borries and Melissa Glahn (Adam). He is also survived by 22 grand nieces and nephews; and many cousins.
