He was predeceased by: his daughter Tera Campbell; his parents, William Holst and Hazel Holst; and his siblings, William Holst, Madeline Holland and Marion Lehman.
He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Mark Holst (Julie), Pam Pittman, John Holst (Michelle) and Jim Holst (Li Hong); his son-in-law Chad Campbell; and his sister Louann Broneak (Dick). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
