He was predeceased by: his significant other Helen; his brother Dr. Larry; and his granddaughter Sarah. He is survived by: his daughters, Lynn Greener Munson (Jay) and Kim Swanson (Marshall); his grandchildren, Amy, Megan, Brian (Shannon) and Katie (Jason); and his great grandchild Caleb. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
