He is survived by: his wife Jayne; his daughters, Kim Burress (Scott), Debra Munkholm and Darla Munkholm; his grandchildren, Ryan Munkholm and Jennifer Burress; and his sisters-in-law, Ila Munkholm and Darlene Munkholm. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
