She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Allan Mitchell; her parents, John Coleman and Bertha Coleman; and her children, David Allen Mitchell, Linda Butler (Lanse), Lori Denardo (Dick), John Mitchell (Judy) and Lynn Hodgeson (Tom Mann). She was also cherished by her 12 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
