He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Monroe and Ora Monroe. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Mark Monroe (Peggie), Randy Monroe (Linda) and Kathryn Bergloff (Bill); and his grandchildren, Seth, Matthew, Shannon, Samantha, Budd, Stephanie and Katelyn. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
