She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Reich and Pearl Reich (Klemas); her husband Larry Bauers; her brother Wilford; and her sister-in-law Christine Reich.
She is survived by: her son David; her daughter-in-law Christel Bauers; her grandchildren, Moriah Doyle (Joseph), Alexander Bauers (Brooke), Victoria Erickson (Thomas), Jeremiah Bauers (Megan) and Katrina Eue (Payton); her great grandchildren, Leland, Oliver, Achilles, Aurora, Elsie, Elijah, Sophie, Julia and Elizabeth; her niece Linda Levi (Tim); and her nephews, Jeff Reich (Sharon) and James Reich.
Lorraine had requested that in lieu of flowers, monetary donations be made to David or Christel Bauers, by which the funds raised will donated to two organizations Lorraine held in high regard: Dorcas Quilting Ministry and In honor of her "firefighter" grandson, the Brooklyn Center Fire Department.
