It is with great sadness that we announce the death of LeRoy A. Blackbird of South Saint Paul, Minnesota, born in Saint Paul, Lorraine, who passed away on January 17, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelces and Hazella; and his siblings, John (Karen), Butch and Shirley Pepin (Dick).

He is survived by: his wife Marjorie; his children, CoLinda (Kevin) and Anthony (Jenny); his granddaughters, Samantha (JD), Natalie and Emily; and his great grandchildren, Gavin, Gabriella, Cruz and Jaidalynn.
