She is survived by: her children, Melvin Hammond (Jean), Stefanie Newbill, Julie Boerjan (Dave) and Ruthann Petrell; her grandchildren, Jessica Boswell (Joe), Jordan Hammond (Jayme) and Andrew Boerjan; her great grandchildren, Cyrus, Max and Ruby; and her brother John.
