She was predeceased by: her parents, John Francis and Margaret Francis. She is survived by: her children, Carmelo Washburn, Amanda Washburn and Mark Licandro; her significant other Brent Youness; her grandchildren, Nevaeh, Adrien and Lucy; and her siblings, Theresa, John, Christine, Robert, Anthony, Maureen, Michael and Rosemarie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
