She was predeceased by: her daughter Kathy Shanks-Anderson; her siblings, Ralph, John, Richard Swendiman and Phyllis Thompson; her grandsons, Steven Paul John Thomas and David Utech; and her great grandchild Joey.
She is survived by: her daughter Jackie Sterling; her brother David Swendiman; her daughter Pam Murphy (Tom); her grandchildren, Terry Goldschmitz, Jr. Jennifer (Alita), Michael Murphy and Denise Pratt Kevin (Marcus); her nephew Trent Swendiman; and her niece Lorrie Boyd.
