She was predeceased by: her husband Dick; her son Michael Jerikovsky; her parents, Bernard and Virginia; and her brother Bill.
She is survived by: her children, Todd Lacy, Dean Lacy (Christina) and Jane Krebsbach (Mark); her grandchildren, Lee, Rae, Alex, Emma, Mike (Janet), Angela (Matt), Aimee (Wyatt) and Sara (Jerritt); her stepchildren, Rick Johnson, Cathy Hanna (David) and Bonnie Parsons (Steven); her stepgrandchildren, Richard, Zakk (Victoria), Stephanie, Tim (Ariana), Alex (Holly) and Matthew; her siblings, Jim (Sandy), Micky Ruiz (Nick), Diane Ruiz (Richard), John (Juli) and Dan Servatius; and her sister-in-law Jolene (Stewart). She is also survived by other family members including ten great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and friends.
