It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Francis Waska of South Saint Paul, Minnesota, born in Saint Paul, Minnesota, who passed away on January 16, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Waska and Theresa Waska (Rauthbauer); his wife Donna Bechtel; and his siblings, Joe, Jim, Jack, Don, Babe, Ceil, Dolly, Betty, Dodo and Mary.

He is survived by: his sons, Anthony (Amy) and Nicholas; his grandchildren, Addison, Ava, Ella and Vance; and his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Waska and Colleen Waska. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to VA Medical Center Unit 1D.
