He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn; his son Michael; his sister Maureen Matykiewicz (Jim); and his sisters-in-law, Claudine Bowes (Tom) and Dorothy Casper (Bob).
He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Beth O'Brien (David), Christine McGonagle and Katie Schultz (Alan); his grandchildren, John (Alysse), Patrick (Amy), Catherine (Justin), Joe and Jack; and his great grandchildren, Finley, Norah and James. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
