He is survived by: his wife Mavis; his sons, LaVern (Tammy), Wayne, Jeffrey (Barb) and Mark (Mary); his grandchildren, Jerod, Jordon, Marisa, Sophie, Colby, Natasha, Mitch and Matt; and his friend Jack. He is also survived by 4 great-grandsons, uncle, aunt, cousins.
