He is survived by: his mother Eva Smith (Schacht) of Kimball; his siblings, Penny Lovejoy (Virgil) of Watkins, Patty Gothier (Jim Slentz) of Fairhaven, Tammy Smith of St. Cloud, Jeff Smith (Tammy) of Albertville and Nia Meierhofer (Randy) of Watkins; and his close friend Chris Dahlbloom. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
