He is survived by: his mother Sharon Smith (Rubel) of Annandale; his wife Diane Jean Curtis of South Haven; his daughters, Destiny Smith (Todd Bearson) of St. Augusta and Lacey Decker (Joe) of Fairhaven; his grandchildren, Kenna, Dylan Bearson, Delilah and Maylee Decker; and his siblings, Sheri Woodford (Keith) of Grove City and Kevin Smith (Nancy) of Elk River. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
