He was predeceased by: his parents, Micheal Cardinal and Lorayne Cardinal; his stepfather Nick; and his brother Tom. He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his daughter Sara Cardinal of Beth Carlson; his stepchildren, Amy Hogan, Ricky Hogan (Amber) and Mark Hogan (Jill); and his siblings, Debbie VanGuilder (Jim) and Michael Cardinal. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
