David L. Jacobson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 1, 2025, at the age of 75, David L. Jacobson of Solway, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eric Jacobson and Bessie Jacobson (Harvey); and his sister-in-law Kathy Strandlien-Nibbe. He is survived by: his wife Pam; his son Barry of Pinewood; his grandchildren, Justin, Jesse, Kade and Mercades; his son Jeremy (LeeAnn) of Wilton; his grandchildren, Wyatt, William and Madilyn; his son Joshua (Darci) of Bemidji; his grandchildren, Lexi, Morgan and Hallie; his daughter Ashley Weems (Andrew) of Clearbrook; his grandchildren, Nathan, Hannah, Leah and Lauren; his son Tyler Jacobson (Laura) of Bemidji; his grandchildren, Elsie and Eli; his siblings, Ted Jacobson (Sharon) of Solway, Meg Grimsley (Bob) of Becida, Bob Jacobson (Carole) of Becida and Barb Lewis (Rollie) of Solway; his in-laws, Virgil and Arlis Strandlien; his siblings-in-law, Cindy Hayes (Duane), Sandy Steffen (Joel) and Gregg Strandlien; and his cousin Jeff Jacobson.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bemidji Seventh-Day Adventist Church (4400 Eckles Rd NW, Bemidji, MN 56601).
Dave was a life member of the SDA Church, VFW, NRA, and Rockey Mountain Elk Foundation, and a very special veterans' group.
