She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Harold, Hazel Moll and Richard Mathiowetz. She is survived by: her parents, Brian Mathiowetz and Ronda Mathiowetz of Leavenworth, Minnesota.; her siblings, Brett Mathiowetz of New Ulm, MN, Rachel Kucera (Brent) of Leavenworth, MN and Chad Mathiowetz (Cortnie) of Leavenworth, MN; her grandmother Mary Lou Mathiowetz of Leavenworth, MN; her sister-in-law Lori Mathiowetz; her uncle Leon Mathiowetz; and her aunts, Janet Moll and Lila Hollmer. She is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Tim Orth Memorial Foundation.

She loved hanging around the island in the kitchen and sneaking chips and treats whenever possible. Stacy always brought joy and smiles where ever she was.
