He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Volker and Grace Volker (Schwint); his wife Jeanne Lowinski (Schiller); his parents-in-law, Irene and Leonard Schiller; his son-in-law Tim Beltz; and his siblings-in-law, Janet Ulmen, Joan Trebesch, Joyce Roberts and Tom Roberts.
He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Garoutte (Cory) of Glencoe and Bobbie Jo Carmody (Cliff) of Marshall; and his stepdaughters, Connie Kosak (Randy) of Fergus Falls, Jeri Beltz of Lakeville, Deb Augustin (Brad) of Comfrey and Margie Koewler (Curt) of Fairfax. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
